The signed order details define included sports, pick sources, branding, schedule, integrations, support, and launch date. Changes require written approval and may affect fees or timing.
Setup fees, recurring fees, taxes, payment dates, minimum commitment, renewal, and cancellation notice must be completed in the order details before either party signs. No price or commitment is implied by this page.
Each party retains its pre-existing intellectual property. The customer grants permission to use supplied branding and content to operate the show and confirms it has the necessary rights. LiveGridiron technology and licensed picks may be used only within the agreed service scope; ownership is not transferred.
The customer is responsible for its marketing, customer promises, applicable advertising and gambling rules, age restrictions, and any required licenses. Neither party may claim guaranteed betting profits or fabricate results.
Odds, scores, analytics, and streaming depend on third-party services and may be delayed or unavailable. Only official final scores are used for grading. Support and availability commitments must be agreed in the order details.
Both parties will protect confidential business information and handle personal data according to applicable law. Any access to customer accounts or subscriber information requires an agreed purpose and appropriate safeguards.
Sports selections are informational and do not guarantee outcomes. The parties must agree any liability limits, refund policy, termination rights, treatment of unpaid fees, and post-termination access in the order details.
The completed order details and mutually signed terms constitute the agreement. Governing law and dispute handling must be specified before signing. These proposed terms should be reviewed by each party’s legal adviser.
