Privacy Policy

Last updated September 16, 2026

This policy explains what Live Gridiron, operated by TplusTwo Holdings, LLC, collects when you use livegridiron.com, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.

What we collect

  • Account data. Your email address and authentication identifiers when you create an account or sign in with Google.
  • Membership data. Your plan, start and renewal dates, payment status, purchase history, and which parlay cards you own.
  • Payment data. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a payment confirmation, the last four digits, and a Stripe customer ID. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Usage data. Page views, referring source, and membership funnel events, used to understand which pages convert. Basic server logs include IP address and browser type.
  • Email activity. Whether transactional and results emails were delivered, so we can retry failures.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your Social Security number, bank credentials, or brokerage or prediction-market account logins. Live Gridiron never connects to your trading accounts and never places trades for you.

How we use it

  • To give you access to what you paid for and keep your membership current.
  • To send transactional email: receipts, renewal notices, and parlay card results.
  • To secure the site and prevent sharing of paid content.
  • To measure aggregate traffic and conversion.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who processes data for us

  • Stripe — payments, subscriptions, and receipts.
  • Our hosting and database provider — account, membership, and site data storage.
  • Our email provider — delivery of transactional email from notify.livegridiron.com.

Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for sign-in sessions and checkout. Analytics events are recorded server-side and tied to your account only when you are signed in.

How long we keep it

Account and membership records are kept while your account is active and for up to seven years afterward where we must retain transaction records for tax and accounting purposes. Server logs are retained for a short rolling window.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of it, or deletion of your account by emailing mtradingmedia@gmail.com. Deleting your account cancels any active membership and removes your access immediately; we retain the minimum transaction records the law requires. If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR or the CCPA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
