Refund Policy

This policy covers every paid product on Live Gridiron: the $25 weekly NFL Private Clients membership, the $69 season pass through the Super Bowl, and individual weekly parlay cards.

Cancelling a weekly membership

You can cancel at any time from your member account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal and your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. We do not prorate partial weeks.

Refund window

• Weekly membership: full refund if you request it within 24 hours of the charge and you have not viewed any unlocked member selection for that week.
• Season pass: full refund within 72 hours of purchase if no member selection has been unlocked. After that, the pass is non-refundable because the season’s content is delivered continuously.
• Parlay cards: a card is a single delivered item. Once the locked legs are revealed to you, it is non-refundable. If a card fails to unlock after payment, or the card is voided before its lock time, you get a full refund.

Always refunded

We refund in full, no questions asked, if you were charged twice for the same period, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or if a paid feature was unavailable for a substantial part of the period you paid for.

Not refundable

Losing selections are not grounds for a refund. You are paying for access to analysis and published positions, not for a winning outcome. See our Risk Disclosure.

How to request one

Email mtradingmedia@gmail.com from the address on your account with the date of the charge. We reply within two business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster. Accounts with an open chargeback are suspended until it is resolved.
