Live Gridiron (“Live Gridiron,” “we,” “us”) is operated by TplusTwo Holdings, LLC. These Terms govern your use of livegridiron.com, the live desk stream, published selections, and any paid membership.
Live Gridiron publishes analytics, market reads, and a record of the operator’s own prediction-market activity. Everything on this site is information and commentary for educational and entertainment purposes. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to enter any trade or wager. We are not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or sportsbook, and we do not accept, hold, or route wagers.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use this site, and 21 or older where local law requires it for prediction-market or wagering activity. Prediction-market participation is regulated and restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of any third-party market is lawful where you are.
NFL Private Clients access is offered at $25 per week (recurring until cancelled) or $69 one time for access through the Super Bowl. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card details. Weekly plans renew automatically until you cancel, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Prices may change prospectively, never for a period you have already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to share, resell, scrape, republish, or redistribute member-only selections, parlay cards, or desk data. Member content is licensed to you personally and non-exclusively for your own use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that share paid content, abuse the service, or attempt to interfere with the site.
Prices, lines, scores, projections, and news come from third parties including prediction-market venues, CutbackPredict, and public sports data feeds. We do not warrant that any of it is accurate, complete, or current, and feeds can be delayed or wrong. Always confirm prices at the venue before acting.
The site, its written analysis, graphics, and software are owned by TplusTwo Holdings, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or create derivative works from them except as allowed by law.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TplusTwo Holdings, LLC is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may modify these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above and, for active members, by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may discontinue features at any time; if we discontinue a paid feature mid-term, we will refund the unused portion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
