Three things reprice the college board faster than the market absorbs them: a starting quarterback ruling late in the week, a wind or rain forecast that guts a passing offense, and a lookahead spot where a ranked team has a rivalry game waiting. Mid-major and conference games carry the widest gaps because far less money polices them.
